If she couldn’t she would lose an existence. Also, I believe if there are no bad times, you couldn’t find a definition of good times in any dictionary. Hence, be grateful and learn from your bad times which polished you.
3. Count your Blessings
Monitor your consideration. So that you understand every once in a while that life isn’t just about taking yet additionally about giving. Once you complete the above step, start preparing a list of things or people you are grateful for and why? For example, you can write you’re grateful for your mother who breeds you or your friend who helped you in establishing your business. In case you want, you can prepare two lists, one for things and another for people.
Step 3 – Write a ’Thank-You’ Note
Now you know who you are grateful for including why you are grateful for them? You need to write a ’thank you’ letter to any one of them and send it by post. Yes, you heard it right. By post. Because nowadays nobody expects to receive a thank you letter by post. And that’s put flavour to your thank you note surprise. Also, emails sound a bit formal when it comes to sentiments.
Step 4 – Donate Something
Consider anything which you can provide for an individual out of luck. It may be tangible or intangible. By intangible I mean if you can give education to someone, that’ll also work. Afterwards, analyse how he will be benefited from it in future.
Step 5 – Volunteer in a Community
If you know a good community which helps people or nature, become a volunteer of it. Then you come to know what is your role as a global citizen. There are so many NGOs, communities, online forums where you can get the opportunity to fill in as a volunteer.
